Athletics

Sports have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up I played ice hockey and baseball as the only girl on the team, inspired by my older brothers. This early experience taught me the value of embracing my individuality and forging my own path. Competing on a range of individual and team sports and working with coaches with different styles has taught me how to adapt to unique team dynamics.

Sports have shown me resilience in the face of loss, the importance of hard work, and the power of focusing on small details. Most importantly, sports has allowed me to find my voice—to advocate for myself, support my teammates, and be a leader.
